Calling it a day

24th October 2013

I've decided to call it a day.

As some of you know, for the last year or so I've had very little time to devote to Stop Junk Mail. The Guide to Stamping Out Junk Mail is up to date, but that's about it. I've had no time to add stats to the Facts page; haven't written any news or blog stories for ages; and a number of interesting projects I've been working on just can't be completed in the small amount of spare time I got. It looks like things won't quiet down any time soon and so I've decided that enough is enough.

The website will continue to exist though! When I get a couple of hours I'll archive all the content, apart from the Guide (which I'll keep up to date) and Sticker Shop (I still got boxes with stickers, labels and stampers to get rid off!). I'll also continue Royal Junk Mail, and maybe I'll even write something on this blog every once in a while. Any sensible e-mails submitted via the contact form will still receive an answer.

It's my intention to continue the project as soon as time permits. I've greatly enjoyed working on Stop Junk Mail ever since I first set up the website and there's still plenty of work to be done. For now, thank you to everybody who has supported the campaign over the last seven years or so.
