Dispatch time
Items are posted within one working day by first class mail, and with a certificate of posting.
Dispatching abroad
Due to a sharp increase in the number of buyers from abroad who claim their order hasn't arrived I've stopped selling items to people outside the UK.
Wrong address?
If you've just bought an item using an incorrect address, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know the correct address.
Refunds
Should an item you've bought arrive in a poor condition I'll usually be able to send you a replacement item. Again, please contact me if there are any problems with your order.
Lost items
I always claim compensation from Royal Mail if an item goes missing in the post. Officially, I have to wait ten working days before I can make a claim. I don't think it's reasonable to let buyers wait that long before resending an order and I'll try to replace the items as soon as is reasonably possible.
Got a complaint?
If I've done something wrong, contact me and I'll try to put things right. Alternatively, you got buyer protection via Paypal.
Paypal, cheques and bank transfers
At the moment I'm using a Paypal checkout. The main advantage of Paypal is that you can buy items using either a Paypal account of a debit or credit card, without having to register with this website. I'm aware many people object to Paypal and I'm looking into adding an alternative payment gateway.

I no longer accept cheque payments.
Bank transfer
I no longer accept BACS payments.
