Correspondence

Over the years I've had various bits of correspondence with the Direct Marketing Association, Royal Mail and Defra. I'm slowly adding the more interesting conversations.

The correspondence is presented as a book. The menu below is the index, and each chapter may have various pages. At the top of the page I'll usually provide a bit of context, which should help you understand what the letters and e-mails are about and why they're relevant.
